Phenix Paving and Maintenance LLC is scheduled to begin an asphalt overlay project on Susan Place (Lee Road 854) beginning next Monday, April 24. The project is expected to conclude by Friday, April 28.
We ask that residents please make sure any obstructions in their front yards, including vehicles, be cleared for the paving crew for the duration of the project.
