The Junction Pavilion Rental

Discover exceptional event venues at our Junction Pavilion in Smiths Station, perfectly suited for Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, Weddings, Baby Showers, and other special occasions. 

Rental Hours:  8AM – 5 PM EST

Rates:

• One to Four Hours ($150)
• Four to Eight Hours ($300)

A City employee will be present at the start and end of your rented time to unlock and lock the facility.

Rental includes the following:

• Bathroom
• Electricity
• Large screen television
• Wi-Fi
• Two picnic tables
• Six benches

Event and cleanup must conclude no later than the end of your rented time

Rules:

1. There shall be no commercial activity, entry fees, or sale of any article for private gain (vendor fairs etc.).
2. Fundraising events will be granted to nonprofit groups only.
3. Nonprofit status is defined as any group holding a 501(C)3 tax exemption from the Internal Revenue Service.
4. Facility is NOT rentable to candidates for political office, campaign rallies or meetings sponsored by political parties or affiliations.
5. Water inflatables or other types of water amusement devices are not allowed.
6. All trash must be properly disposed of using the on-site trash containers.
7. Decorations are allowed, however the use of nails, tacks, brads, points, pins, pushpins, staples, thumbtacks, permanent tape, or any type of adhesive that leaves a residue and or a mark or hole are prohibited.
8. Outdoor grills or other food preparation devices must be pre-approved by the City.
9. Wax candles are prohibited.
10. The Junction Pavilion is a tobacco and alcohol-free facility.
