The Clerk maintains records of ordinances and resolutions adopted by the City Council, manages all municipal elections, and oversees all legal advertising for the City.  The Clerk also maintains certain City records and documents, including contracts, agreements, city boards and appointments, and other forms as required by State Law and City regulations.
